We test more, spend less, and the quality held up. That cost quietly decided how often we were even allowed to test, which meant most decisions just shipped on instinct. This changed that completely. We run the studies ourselves, the AI moderates every session and handles the analysis, and there are no per-session charges or agency retainers in the way. The thing I worried about most was whether the insight would be shallow without a human moderator, and it just was not. The follow-up questions it asks when a user hesitates pull out the same kind of detail I used to pay a researcher to get. We went from validating one big bet a quarter to testing three or four directions in the same window. #### Cons We still occasionally bring in an outside specialist for a very high-stakes study, mostly out of habit and wanting a second set of eyes.
