The questionnaire offers not only a good summary for the requesting company but also the suppliers get an overview of the topics where they can improve. Cons: Their biggest pro is also their biggest con, being a small starting company gives them the flexibility to offer a service that takes customers needs into account but at the same time they are less known which means their requests to report may go unnoticed.
