They are not perfect, but if I had not found them a year ago when I started this endeavor, I would not have continued to sell online at all. It was this product that convinced me that I could do this because of the features they had at the time. They have added and improved so much and that makes me understand that the future looks bright. The things I continue to do manually now, will likely be automated by this time next year. The recent integration of AI has sped up this process immensely. I also love the fact that they host a weekly conference that we as users can ask for improvements or features and they seem to listen. Cons: Well, they still have improvements to make. Some of the sync features are still buggy and the whole font management system is not my favorite at this time. However, compared to a year ago, they have made vast improvements. When I look at the features they offer and where they were a year ago, I can see how dedicated they are to making MyDesigns a "one stop shop" for many if not most features needed to go from a design idea to a finished product. They are not there yet, but they are responsive and are adding. I wish there were more products that I like to sell in their catalog but again, from a year ago, they have added a great deal. You could shift your whole pod workflow over to Mydesigns. From designing, listing generation and publishing. Ideogram, Flux Dev, Dall-e and other industry leading ai models are available. + Everything can be exported or imported easily in excel or .csv files + All in all customer service is great. Sometimes i had to follow up but in 95% of cases there is a solution. + Weekly live streams where you can ask quesions, get insights and make suggestions. I even saw some of my suggestions implemented. Mydesigns is steadily improving. It's not a software that stays as it is. + integrates with Merchtitans to seamlessly upload to Merch By Amazon + Etsy Sync function to change images or text of existing etsy listings + it's possible to upload your own mockups and have them connected with files inside mydesigns to generate custom mockups in bulk + huge range of products available (clothing like shirts, hoodies, ...) , mugs, tumblers, bags, wallart , phone cases , ...) Cons: \- Really bad trademark check function. It does not check for 3 word trademarks like e.g. "born to ride" so for Merch By Amazon i would not recommend to rely on the trademark check in mydesigns - For orders from european customers: Shipping costs get applied as if the items ship from the US to europe which is not always the case for print providers like printful that have facilities in europe and would ship from there. Also the IOSS number handling process for european orders is not fully automated as of now. But those orders can be handled "manually" directly via printify/printful's website if you want to. They have great customer service when anything does go wrong or if you need help. The continual interaction with their customers through the Circle community is amazing as they actually seem to listen to suggestions and fix issues that are brought to their attention. I love that you can edit multiple listing at once with the bulk options, creating all your mockups for you at one time is an absolute time saver. As well as the Canvas editor which is great for taking your designs to the next level be it adding text or scaling images to fit the product you want to sell. The product list that is available is off the hook as there is so many options on what to sell as well as the ability to track everything in one place helps with the work flow.
