While there are a few similar products out there, the biggest reason we are using 2c8 is the compatibility with IFS. If it wasn't for this we would probably use another product. The ability to capture the business' processes in a graphical form and the ability to play back the results to users and decisionmakers. Cons: We use the publishing of documents in Word format widely, I don't like the control I have over the formatting of documents and would like to see that improved. Once a document is published, we have to spend an ordinate amount of time changing it to make it presentable to a wider audience.
