Using Eric means I can focus on participating in the call rather than focusing on trying to write notes. It works equally well with Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. The web based user interface is straightforward and feature rich. Cons: There were a few problems with the auto-join feature where meetings are automatically identified from your calendar and Eric.ai automatically joins. I am happy to say that these problems are now fixed and the product works smoothly every time. Better support for hybrid meetings would be a plus, but I am very happy with the product overall.
