It is very easy to set up from an admin perspective and makes the reporting to Ontario Sailing seemless. Cons: It would be helpful to have the date of the program inside the "thanks for registering" email, instead of soley as an attachment in the form of a receipt. Parents often forget which session they registered - but they don't open the email attchment. Would love to see a maximum participation age as an option for programs. I know the instructors would love to see an action where they could download all participant certificates and achievment checklists for all the participants who received their level in a session - rather than individually. I guess these really are not cons, but feature improvement requests. Would love if a second/different email could be added to the receipts. Some of our programs this year have become oversubscribed. My main concern is that we work with summer staff that is often new every year. That means that training starts from scratch every year. It took 2 years with the system until we had more than 95% of our existing members converted from cash and cheques at the clubhouse or in the mail. Our registrar and treasurer volunteers have reduced their man hours considerable now that they only need to click a button to generate a report and reconcile the bank account. Also made it easier for us to find vital contact information when needed from one login.
