And a clear second, is the value for the money spent. Obviously nonprofit organizations have to watch their spend and what is gained is an immense help to organize our daily support for those things we focus on most, such as club member engagement, tracking, fundraising, and more. #### Cons Diffiult to say, as they've always been here for us! The system is constantly evolving and adding new features. We recently discussed a meeting check in system and they created it and released it. The Chat function is a little rough to get fully integrated. Our members struggled to use both systems, but became comfortable with MemberDay quickly. Signing up for volunteer positions, quick access to member information, club wide email, and the files sections is particularly popular. However, with the help of AI and some reorganization it is now much easier to use. [sensitive content hidden] and the team have been very responsive and open to suggestions to make the platform better. We have used it to collect dues, take attendance, sell and collect sponsorships and more. If you use the website builder it is very easy to integrate links to the website. I like that you can embed links in emails to members, prospective members, volunteers, etc, so they do not have to have a MemberDay account to answer survey questions, or sign up to volunteer. The surveys have been a great way to get more information from members to be able to have a conversation at meetings knowing where the club stands beforehand. #### Cons My only complaint is that my membership is a little slow in adopting the platform! Our members use the calendar for all meetings, events and volunteer opportunities. We manage our dues billing through MemberDay with built-in financial transactions. The MemberDay team is very responsive to inquires and receptive to suggestions for future features.
