I am so glad I found zzTakeoff, it is a young software and lacking a few customizable options but it is very user friendly and easy to use. The pricing is very reasonable and the customer service is absolutely fantastic. I am excited to see and experience what zz has in the future. I would definitely recommend this software. Switching between jobs is much faster and there is not a lag that I experienced with Planswift. Cons: I have not been using long enough to have many cons. One thing that jumps out to me is the area takeoff. It is hard to see my boundary line while tracing, whereas Planswift made it easy to see this line by making it a different color while tracing. It has been a serious time saver at my company, where the standard is printing out paper and using a hilighter/pencil Cons: The default device icons (basic shapes); a takeoff with lots of different devices is hard to understand visually without a legend or guide.
