It suits organizations of roughly 10 to 500 employees where engagement is owned by a founder, COO, or People lead rather than a dedicated HR function, and most teams send their first anonymous survey within minutes of signing up. A template library spans pulse, engagement, onboarding, exit, leadership, and eNPS surveys; a custom builder covers anything else with rating and open-text questions. Recurring cadences run on automated schedules, and anonymity is protected structurally: no results are shown until a minimum number of responses has arrived, three by default. Performance review cycles gather a self-assessment and a manager review and display both in one view, run on a configurable frequency, support saved drafts, and produce printable finalized reviews. Peer and 360 reviews are anonymous by default, use custom questions, and either join a review cycle or run standalone. A recognition feature lets teammates post kudos to a shared wall. Dashboards follow participation, results over t... ime, and eNPS movement by team and department, with reporting views for managers. Paid plans include AI Analysis, which summarizes open-text survey answers into themes and suggested actions, plus an opt-in, admin-controlled Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface that lets AI assistants query engagement data and take authorized actions. Employees sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Slack, and a Slack integration carries notifications and reminders.
