Most buyers arrive after hitting one of two walls. Either they are on a template platform and have run into "the software doesn't support that," or they have been quoted $30,000 and three months by an agency. Kardow exists for the gap between those. Each board is a real application rather than a theme layered on shared infrastructure, so layout, fields and workflows can be changed without limits — but it is priced like software, starting at $79 per month. Changes are made by describing them in plain language to the built-in AI editor. Ask for a salary filter, a featured employers section, or a different layout, and it applies to the live board. Most customers never touch code. On the Pro and Scale plans, teams who want to can export the board's source with the Kardow CLI, edit it in their own environment, and deploy it back. The platform covers what a working board needs: job posting with approval workflows and automatic expiry, bulk import, application tracking with st... atus filtering, employer and candidate accounts, resume handling, screening questions, custom fields, blog and SEO pages, and Google for Jobs structured data on every listing. Scheduled imports pull relevant roles from careers sites and job feeds across more than 100 countries, so a new board launches with inventory rather than an empty page. Revenue tools include one-off job posts, bundles, monthly and annual employer subscriptions, and candidate paywalls. Payments run through Stripe or PayPal, or you can invoice larger clients directly. Kardow takes no percentage of what the board earns on any plan. Jobs, job seeker accounts and employer accounts are unlimited on every plan; import credits are the only metered resource. Support and onboarding: every plan includes hosting, SSL, security and updates. A launch service — domain and email connected, payments configured, first jobs imported, branding applied — is included free on Pro and Scale and available for $299 on Starter. Existing boards can be migrated by CSV, XML feed or API with URL redirects preserved, so search rankings carry over. Plans are $79, $179 and $379 per month, with two months free on annual billing and a 14-day trial. I have consistently contacted customer service for questions and never has no on responded to me. Kardow has responded to me on the weekends and late at night after hours. #### Cons Well at the moment, I don't have any cons. Because I'm required to leave something, I would say additional written documentation and video instruction of the software would be helpful. #### Reasons for switching to Kardow I didn't give the job board enough time to work and bring in revenue.
