As a roofing business owner, it has helped take a lot of the day-to-day communication and lead management off my plate. Between answering calls, filtering spam, taking messages, organizing incoming leads, and helping me follow up with customers, it easily saves me 1–3 hours on a busy day. What has impressed me even more is that Voizee has gone beyond just being an AI phone and CRM platform. Their Concierge service has helped me build out my website, improve my online presence, work on SEO, and better understand Google marketing and where my marketing dollars are actually being spent. I’ve dealt with marketing companies before where it can feel like the answer is always to spend more money. Running a roofing business, I get a lot of phone calls, and Voizee has helped solve the problem of having to constantly stop what I’m doing to answer the phone. It can answer calls, take messages, and most importantly filter out all the marketing and spam calls that used to waste a lot of my time. I also really like that it works almost like a CRM for my incoming leads. It keeps everything organized, helps prioritize leads based on their lead score, and makes it easy for me to communicate directly with customers and follow up. On Voizee Concierge service side, they helped me build out my website and really improve the overall online presence of my business. It wasn’t just about making the website look good either. They helped structure it around the different services we offer, the areas we serve, SEO, customer communication, lead generation, and actually turning website traffic into calls and leads. They’ve also helped me better understand SEO, Google marketing, and where it actually makes sense to spend my marketing dollars. As a small business owner, it’s very easy to throw money at Google or different marketing companies without really knowing what you’re getting back. I really appreciate that their approach has been thought through and focused on helping me use my marketing budget wisely instead of just trying to get me to spend more money. #### Cons I would say there is a little bit of a learning curve when it comes to setting up and fine-tuning the AI chatbots to work exactly how you want them to.
