Frontizo is a web-based complaint management solution designed for manufacturers and service providers that helps handle, manage, respond to, and report customer complaints. It ensures businesses maintain full control over how complaints are collected, recorded, tracked, and resolved.

It enables both customers and engineers to raise service requests via web or mobile platforms. Regional heads or managers review incoming requests and allocate them to the most suitable engineer based on expertise and location. Engineers receive real-time notifications, accept assignments, perform service actions, and log updates including spares used, actions taken, and working hours.

Frontizo also assists with report generation by enabling engineers to submit detailed daily reports during the service process. After service completion, customers can provide structured feedback through the customer app or email.
