The platform is modern, intuitive and clearly built by people who understand how risk and compliance work in practice. It brings structure, ownership, evidence, actions and reporting together in a way that feels practical, accessible and easy to embed. The Initia Risk team has also been highly responsive and engaged, with a strong ability to understand requirements and tailor the platform around real operating needs. Cons: There is very little I would describe as a negative.
