The salesforce connections in particular are constantly used. Some of the other tasks, like Trash destination (really who doesn't need that) and help with speeding up development is invaluable. #### Cons The errors and can be cryptic. Support is generally responsive and on tougher items to troubleshoot, they will hop on a call. They're suite of functions and features is constantly expanding, so that's always a good sign for me. #### Cons Some time saving features were not implemented or didn't get right, but nothing show stopping. If you are using API's and desire reading your JSON in table format, this is for you. #### Cons It isn't intuitive, but it's a short learning curve. Lots of wizards are available.
