The software provides a clear snapshot of asset condition and supports preventative maintenance planning, which helps us stay proactive rather than reactive. With a large number of YMCA sites across Southwestern Ontario, AssetLab has made it easier to manage and understand our assets at a high level. #### Cons Like any new system, there was a learning curve during the transition from our previous asset management software, but this was manageable and improved quickly with support from the AssetLab team. #### Vendor response Thank you for this, Alejandro, and for trusting AssetLab with the YMCA sites across Southwestern Ontario. Managing condition across that many locations is exactly the problem we built the platform around, so it means a lot to hear the high-level snapshot is helping your team plan preventive maintenance instead of reacting to it. That shift - proactive over reactive - is the one we care most about. We also appreciate you being candid about the learning curve during the switch from your previous system. Polite, friendly, accomodating. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I really like the integration of PM/repair work with the value of assets, easily allowing me to see which things need to be replaced in the future. #### Cons Since this is a new project, there are a few minor bugs and hiccups with transitioning from an old piece of software (MaintenanceCare) to a new one. But honestly the turn around time has been so fast, its not even really a problem. I have no complaints. #### Reasons for switching to AssetLab No support. Clunky. Not integrated with our assets.
