Zipper repeated took all of my requests for improvements to their systems and made them happen. Even better then I had requested. #### Cons There were a few small things but they got worked out. For a growing studio like ours, having everything streamlined in one platform saves us a lot of time and makes it much easier to scale. #### Cons The biggest challenge is probably that Zipper is a newer, rapidly evolving platform. The frequent updates and new features are exciting, but sometimes it can be difficult to keep pace with the changes. Just when we get comfortable with a workflow, an update can change where something lives or how it works. For example, you can book for family members and guests in the checkout and you can sell auto-renewing appointment packs or give guest passes as part of membership perks. The branded app works really nicely too and the embeddable website widgets are the best I've seen. It makes buying and booking really easy.
