The rollout of Work Week so tasks don't assign on the weekends have been great. Atoms is constantly improving, not staying stagnant, and listening to it's user base. Atoms Academy and recent certifications have made onboarding new staff a breeze and those badges look great on LinkedIn :) When we create a task, a project, a rule in Atoms, it's high speed, we don't have to worry about frequent outages like other tools. And when there was a recent outage of another outside tool that impacted Atoms, the Atoms app works on a computer without a wifi signal, so we could all keep working and when it was reconnected, boom, we were all set. Cons: We moved to an Enterprise plan a couple of years ago and not long after, they added another Enterprise plan and some of the items we'd joined for moved up into that higher bracket.
