Die einzelnen Schritte sind klar aufgebaut und die Personalabteilung sieht jederzeit den aktuellen Stand. Dokumente, Ansprechpartner und benötigte Tools sind an einem Ort hinterlegt. #### Cons Einen größeren Nachteil sehen wir aktuell nicht. Für die erstmalige Erstellung neuer Onboarding-Abläufe wären noch mehr fertige Vorlagen hilfreich, zum Beispiel für Datenschutz, interne Prozesse oder kurze Wissensfragen.
