### About AdLabs

AdLabs is Amazon PPC software designed for managing advertising campaigns on the Amazon marketplace. It supports Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display formats, catering to freelancers, small-to-medium-sized brands, and enterprise-level agencies.

The platform includes a hybrid bid management system that combines algorithmic recommendations with manual oversight, allowing users to review suggested changes before implementation. Advanced analytics tools enable users to organize and analyze large datasets through a drag-and-drop interface. Keyword and product harvesting tools with campaign mapping functionality help calculate starting bids for newly identified terms. Search term negation features use n-gram analysis to identify underperforming keywords. A customizable dashboard builder allows users to create reports that consolidate performance data across multiple accounts and campaigns.

AdLabs operates on a subscription model based on advertising spend. A free version is available for users managing smaller accounts or testing the platform. The software requires an initial data synchronization period after connecting to Amazon Advertising accounts.

### A Powerful Amazon Advertising Platform Built by People Who Understand Amazon Ads

- Overall rating: 5/5

- Industry: Marketing and Advertising
- Company size: 2-10 employees
- Product usage: Used daily for less than 2 years

Overall, AdLabs has been a game changer for both me and my team. It has significantly improved our efficiency, organization, and consistency while giving us much greater visibility into account performance. The combination of the Masterclass and the software has helped us better understand Amazon advertising while giving us the tools to execute more strategic optimizations every day. Features like advanced bid management, placement-aware bidding, custom dashboards, detailed tagging, and flexible reporting have allowed us to make more informed decisions with confidence. What I appreciate most is that AdLabs understands the nuances of Amazon advertising. Rather than building generic features, they continue developing tools that solve real problems agencies and brands face every day. Their willingness to listen to customers and continually improve the platform has made them more of a partner than just another software provider. If you're serious about scaling Amazon advertising and want a platform that combines education, transparency, flexibility, and powerful optimization tools, I highly recommend AdLabs. It has become an essential part of how our agency manages and grows Amazon accounts.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

As an Amazon agency managing multiple client accounts, we've evaluated several advertising tools over the years, and AdLabs has become the platform we rely on daily for campaign management, optimization, and reporting. What sets AdLabs apart is that it was clearly built by people who truly understand Amazon advertising. I first invested in the AdLabs Masterclass, which helped me and my team deepen our understanding of Amazon Ads, fill knowledge gaps, and create a consistent training process for new team members. I especially appreciated the transparency behind their methodology—they provide detailed white papers explaining how their calculations work, giving me confidence in both the platform and the decisions we make using it. The software itself has become a core part of our daily workflow. It simplifies campaign management, bid optimization, organization, and reporting while allowing an incredible amount of customization. I can tag and filter data at the profile, campaign, ad group, keyword, and targeting levels, making it much easier to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and prioritize work. Some of my favorite features include the advanced bid calculations that account for placement modifiers, customizable dashboards, workflow automation, and the flexibility to create optimization strategies that fit each client's business instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.

#### Cons

Like any powerful platform, there is a learning curve because of the depth of features and customization available. However, I actually view that as a positive because it allows us to tailor the platform to our agency's workflow instead of being limited by rigid processes. The Masterclass, documentation, and responsive support team make onboarding much easier, and what impresses me most is that the AdLabs team actively listens to customer feedback. They consistently release new features and improvements based on real-world user needs, so the platform continues to get better over time.

#### Reasons for choosing AdLabs

Adtomic Teikametrics Pacvue Not enough customization around reporting, bid management, and workflow. They were also expensive.

#### Vendor response

What a thoughtful write-up. Thank you. Building AdLabs to serve agencies who need real customization instead of one-size-fits-all logic has always been the goal, so hearing that from someone managing multiple client accounts means everything. Really glad the Masterclass and white papers are helping your team stay sharp too. We think of ourselves as your partner in this, not just your software provider, and reviews like this remind us why. Grateful to have your agency with us.

Excellent, I always feel like ad labs is our secret weapon. I have created case studies in 45 days by simply optimising account placements.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Build by users that actually use the software. Key areas I like most - Diagnostics, the single biggest amount of time we spend on accounts is made fast and simple. - Reporting, the second biggest time suck. Intuitive, detailed but also simple.

#### Cons

The only thing I struggle with is not having saved column views....To many columns.... needs saved views.

#### Reasons for choosing AdLabs

I didn't like daily optimisations, pricing and I don't like black boxes.

#### Reasons for switching to AdLabs

To hard to complete our diagnostic work, Control and pricing to other factors.

#### Vendor response

Hey there, "Secret weapon" might be my favorite way anyone's described AdLabs, thank you for that. And a 45-day case study just from placement optimization is a great result to point to. Diagnostics and reporting being the two spots you called out actually tracks with where we've put the most effort, those are the time sinks that eat a whole day if the tooling isn't right, so hearing they're working as intended is great to hear. Saved column views is a fair ask, noted for the team, that's the kind of small friction that adds up when you're staring at a lot of data every day. Thanks also for the context on Xnurta and why you moved off it, daily optimization requirements and pricing pushing people toward more control is a pattern we hear a lot. Really appreciate the detail here. Carly

It has become the core of my weekly Amazon ads routine and you can really achieve niche things if you know how to properly manage your ads, it is not a magic tool it gust gives you a greater control over your ppc

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

Bid optimizer, search term harvesting and bulk negatives in one place. It is a tool built by real users

#### Cons

The learning curve is steep at first, the amount of data and settings can be overwhelming until you build a routine.

#### Vendor response

Really like how you put that, greater control over your PPC, not a magic tool. That's the whole point of building it. Yeah the learning curve is real, there's a lot going on between the optimizer, harvesting, and bulk negatives. Once it clicks though it clicks hard, sounds like you're already there. Thanks for writing this, means a lot.

My overall experience with AdLabs has been very positive. I use it specifically for Amazon advertising, and it has helped save time, simplify campaign management, and make Amazon PPC optimization easier. Between the automation tools, customer support, account management, reporting, and Amazon advertising insights, AdLabs provides valuable services that help improve advertising efficiency and support better data driven PPC decisions.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I like most about AdLabs is the overall value it provides for managing Amazon advertising. From a value for money standpoint, AdLabs offers valuable services that help save time and make Amazon PPC optimization easier. The customer support has been responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable, which makes a big difference when managing Amazon campaigns. The platform is also easy to use once you become familiar with it, with clear reporting and tools that make ad campaign management more efficient. AdLabs has also been valuable for digital marketing on Amazon because it provides better visibility into campaign performance and helps support more data-driven advertising decisions. The account management service is another strong benefit, as it adds guidance and support when reviewing Amazon PPC performance and optimization opportunities. I also really like the automation features because they reduce manual work, save time, and make it easier to stay on top of campaign adjustments.

#### Cons

There really is not much that I dislike. Like any Amazon advertising platform, there can be a learning curve at first when getting familiar with the tools, reporting, automation settings, and campaign management features. However, once you understand how everything works, the platform becomes easy to use and very valuable.

#### Reasons for switching to AdLabs

They don't pay attention to what my account needed. They just let Ai handle everything. I do a better job than the Ai program

#### Vendor response

Really appreciate this review! The account management service is something we've invested heavily in because we know software alone isn't the full picture. Having a knowledgeable second set of eyes on your PPC makes a huge difference. Glad it's landing that way for you, along with the automation and reporting. Thanks for trusting us with your Amazon advertising.

Adlabs has been great. I run an Amazon department for a digital marketing agency and over the course of my 4 years running our department we have tried numerous tools including many big names that come with higher price tags for usage. After the same experience over and over again where these other tools claim they will leverage AI and real-time optimization to get you the best results, and seeing time and time again the tools driving up ad costs without a significant return, I finally decided its time to stop drinking the kool-aid. We tried ad labs because it wasn't trying to reinvest the wheel for how you advertise. It takes best practices and lets us implement them at lightning speed. Any experienced PPC manager can pick up this tool and intuitively get their job done much, much quicker. [sensitive content hidden] have also been aggressively developing the platform and the new features they come out with have always been a welcome addition. Customer support is also super fast and helpful with real people responding to issues in real-time. No AI bot filtering you through an FAQ answer to your questions. The tool is also among the least expensive option. Its a no brainer to try ad labs. In the right hands this tool works wonders.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Easy to pick up and use - you don't need to relearn how to manage ads or massively overhaul existing ad methodology you practice. Adlabs is an enabler of expeditious optimization across a range of methods for advertising on Amazon.

#### Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say about adlabs. The tool is still in development so some beta functions could be polished.

#### Reasons for switching to AdLabs

We wanted more control over our ads. The other tools we tried don't allow for as much manual control and you are more reliant on their system or AI to make good decisions. AI can be extremely powerful, but without contextualization from the operator it always seems to fall short. Adlabs seems to have nailed the perfect balance - manual optimization done quickly - AI integration for data analytics and insights + execution.

#### Vendor response

Four years of running an Amazon department and trying the big name tools is real experience, so hearing that AdLabs is the one that finally broke the pattern means a lot. You nailed exactly what we're going for: take what already works, don't force people to relearn their whole methodology, and just make execution faster. And the point about AI needing an operator behind it rather than replacing one, that's the balance we're constantly trying to get right. Good to know on the beta features too, we're always polishing those as we go. Really appreciate you taking the time to write all this out, and for trusting us with your department's ad spend.

For an agency juggling clients from small to very large, AdLabs has been a real upgrade. It keeps us fast, agile and fully in control, while making our work far more transparent for clients. One of the most thoughtfully built tools in our stack, and it keeps getting better.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

We manage a large portfolio of Amazon clients across several teams, and AdLabs fits exactly how we like to work: we keep full control, but we can make changes in bulk incredibly fast. It has made our client calls so much stronger. The Placements view instantly shows whether spend is landing on the best placements, which is perfect for live quick audits of new accounts and for the fast growing B2B side. The SQP report is clean and visual, and comparing ASIN conversion rates helps clients truly understand the strategy. Target TACOS in the overview keeps our whole team focused on the right accounts. Add hourly dayparting, a very practical Search Terms analyzer, and a brilliant MCP interface with Brand Context that powers our own Claude workflows far faster than Amazon's API, and you have a tool clearly built by people who are experts at what they do.

#### Cons

Hard to find real complaints, especially since the few things I would note are already on the roadmap. The once a day sync makes sense for most work, but during fast, highly competitive launches we sometimes want a quicker manual resync to react on the same day. Creating new campaigns still has to happen in the ads console rather than in AdLabs directly, ideally based on our own naming convention. And I am still looking forward to rule based automations and alerts that flag ad waste early when you run many accounts. From what I can see, all of it is already coming.

#### Reasons for choosing AdLabs

Is is acutally Scale Insights (was not in your list) is great but also quite over complicated, especially for Junior PPC Manager.

#### Reasons for switching to AdLabs

With automated bid management tools you have almost no strategic control. You end up just hoping the tool somehow lands a good ACOS. But real accounts don't work that way. When you optimize around conversion rate, and especially when a product combines a low selling price with high CPCs, a low ACOS can be mathematically impossible, and no algorithm changes that. We wanted to move fast and still stay fully in control, creative and strategic in how we approach each account. AdLabs lets us do exactly that: bulk speed without handing the strategy over to a black box.

#### Vendor response

What a review. Thank you. Speed with full control is exactly the tension we set out to solve, so it's rewarding to hear it working for an agency running as many accounts as yours. The MCP interface with Brand Context powering Claude workflows is one of our favorite use cases too. Fair points on the manual resync, in-app campaign creation with custom naming, and rule-based alerts. All three are on the roadmap and moving. Grateful to have your team with us!

### Finally, a Tool That Keeps Up With How I Think

Overall, AdLabs has changed how I actually work, not just what I have access to. The day-to-day stuff is fast — bids, placements, campaign statuses, all a few clicks. But the real shift came with the MCP features. I can ask Claude to pull every search term spending over $50 with zero conversions in the last 30 days, format it as negatives, and stage the bulk file. Four minutes. That used to be a Tuesday. The custom tag filters are what make it click. Unlike competing software, the customization lets you actually understand your categories and segments and filter down to exactly what needs optimizing. Pair that with the MCP layer and you've got a tool that keeps up with the way you think instead of slowing you down. It's newer software, so a few features are still maturing — but they ship fast, and the price lines up with the value. Minimal complaints. It's become part of my workflow, not just another dashboard I check.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Making fast updates, tasks take half the time — bids, placement %s, campaign statuses, all quick. But the best part is pulling data with custom tag filters. Unlike competing software, that level of customization lets you actually understand your categories and segments, so you can filter down to exactly what needs optimizing and get the most out of your campaigns.

#### Cons

Minimal complaints. It's newer software, but they build and ship features quickly. The error messages often require a few manual checks rather than a quick summary.

#### Reasons for choosing AdLabs

The granular bidding features and the ability to create custom segments for category and brand tracking.

#### Vendor response

Thank you so much for this, seriously made our week. The MCP + custom tag filter combo is exactly what we hoped people would build workflows around, so it's awesome to hear it's actually changing how you work day to day, not just adding another dashboard. That search term negation example is a perfect one. Four minutes instead of a Tuesday is the whole point. We're pushing hard on error messaging too, so expect that to keep improving alongside the rest of the feature set. Really appreciate you taking the time to write this, and for considering us against Perpetua. Glad the granular bidding and custom segments won you over.

I've been using AdLabs for a few years now, which is honestly crazy to think about. It's grown from a very simple tool into a powerful, extensive platform that lets me work faster, better, and easier across my Amazon advertising. The experience has been consistently great.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

#### Cons

A few features aren't available yet, but I can tell the team is working hard and adding them step by step. They're clearly getting there.

#### Reasons for switching to AdLabs

Because AdLabs is an awesome tool and it's not an automation!

#### Vendor response

This means a lot. Watching AdLabs evolve alongside long-time users like you is one of the best parts of what we do. Speed and simplicity will always be non-negotiable for us, even as the feature list grows. Thank you for the years of trust, and here's to many more!

### Best bid optimization I’ve seen

- Overall rating: 5/5
- Reviewer: Maik L.
- Industry: Consumer Goods
- Company size: Self-Employed
- Product usage: Used weekly for less than 12 months
- Reviewed: August 2026

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

The bid adjustment and optimization is the best I have seen on the market so far. I have tested several different tools, and AdLabs is the only one that has consistently delivered very good results while still working in a semi-automated way. What I particularly like is that it is not a black box. You can see and understand exactly what the system is doing and why. The bidding algorithm is outstanding and, in my experience, one of the strongest aspects of the tool. The results have been very good, and I really have nothing to complain about in that regard. Of course, there is a learning curve in the beginning. AdLabs is still a relatively new tool, but it is being developed very actively, which is great to see. The value for money is also excellent. Personally, I would still like to see even more full automation in the future. But at the same time, I really appreciate that AdLabs gives you transparency and control instead of simply automating everything behind the scenes. At this point, I cannot really imagine switching back to another PPC tool. I have tested quite a few, and AdLabs has helped me a lot. I am also a big fan of the AdLabs podcast. The two guys do a great job, are very transparent, and you immediately notice that they have a very deep understanding of Amazon PPC and really know what they are talking about. The recently added MCP server, which makes it possible to connect AdLabs with AI tools, is another very exciting addition and makes the platform even more powerful. Overall, AdLabs is an excellent PPC tool and I can absolutely recommend giving it a try.

#### Cons

Not everything is immediately intuitive, and there is a learning curve at the beginning. I would also like to see a full-automation option in addition to the current semi-automated approach. Ideally, I would like to define the strategy, profitability or ACOS targets and relevant limits, and then have AdLabs manage the campaigns much more independently.

#### Reasons for switching to AdLabs

Bidding algorithm, recommended by experts

#### Vendor response

Hey there, Thank you for such a thorough writeup, and for the podcast shoutout too, I'll pass that along to Andrew and Stephen, they'll be glad to hear it landed. The "not a black box" point is exactly what we set out to build. Plenty of tools will bid for you, far fewer will show you why, and that transparency matters most when things aren't going the way you expect. On the full automation piece, that's a genuinely useful signal for us. Define your targets and limits and let the system run further on its own, noted, and it's the kind of feedback that shapes where the bidding algorithm goes next. Really glad you're finding value in the MCP work too, there's a lot more coming there. Appreciate you taking the time on this one. Carly

### Open APIs and MCP support make AdLabs a game-changer for AI-driven KPI management

Our daily operations depend on programmatically analyzing and actioning store performance. AdLabs' API and MCP support bridge the gap between raw Amazon PPC data and our internal AI tooling (like our proprietary orchestrator). Instead of relying solely on static dashboards, AdLabs turns our account KPIs into an active, queryable data layer that our AI agents can audit and optimize on a daily basis.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What we like most is their open approach to data access. Having robust API access and a native Model Context Protocol (MCP) server is a massive win. It allows us to seamlessly integrate our Amazon advertising data, campaign hierarchies, and performance metrics directly into our custom AI agents. This open architecture makes pulling and actioning our KPIs programmatically a breeze.

#### Cons

Leveraging the full power of their APIs and MCP server comes with a technical learning curve, and the documentation for custom setups could be expanded. Additionally, we occasionally run into standard Amazon API sync delays when pulling real-time data.

#### Vendor response

Thank you! Open data access, robust APIs, and native MCP support are pillars we're deeply committed to. So glad they're powering your custom AI tooling. Better documentation for advanced setups is coming, and we'll keep advocating with Amazon for faster sync times. Excited to see what you build next!
