### Makes Every Form Feel Like Part of the Brand

- Overall rating: 5/5

I've used Kiwiform for branded contact forms, client questionnaires, event registrations, and lead generation pages. What I enjoy most is that I can focus on creating a polished experience instead of working around design limitations. The forms feel modern, they're easy to customize, and they blend naturally into the overall visual identity of each project. It's one of the few form builders where I rarely feel the need to compromise on design.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to create forms that actually looked like they belonged to the brand instead of feeling like a generic third-party form. The themes, colors, typography, and customization options gave me enough creative freedom without making the builder complicated. I especially liked being able to customize things like logos, favicons, form thumbnails, and custom domains because those details make a real difference when presenting work to clients. It helped me create forms that felt polished and consistent with the rest of the website.

#### Cons

I'd love to see more themes and additional styling options as the product continues to grow. The current customization tools already cover most of what I need, but having even more creative flexibility would be a welcome addition.

#### Reasons for choosing Kiwiform

Typeform is a great product, but Kiwiform offered similar capabilities at a much more affordable price. It was simply the better fit for my needs.

#### Reasons for switching to Kiwiform

I switched because I wanted forms that looked less generic and more like part of the brand. Kiwiform gave me the creative flexibility to customize every project while keeping the design process simple.

### A Form Builder That Fits Naturally Into My Workflow

- Overall rating: 5/5
- Reviewer: Hinal P.
- Verified reviewer: Yes
- Industry: Computer Software
- Company size: 2-10 employees
- Product usage: Used weekly for less than 6 months

- Review source details: This reviewer was invited by the software vendor to submit an honest review.

I've used Kiwiform across multiple websites for contact forms, lead generation, and client onboarding. The setup was quick, deployment was straightforward, and everything has been reliable after going live. Instead of spending time maintaining custom forms and submission handling, I can rely on Kiwiform and focus on building the rest of the application. It's become one of those tools I can rely on without having to think much about once it's deployed.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I usually build forms myself, so I'm pretty selective about using third-party form builders. Kiwiform ended up saving me a lot more development time than I expected. I could get forms live quickly without building and maintaining another backend for submissions. Embedding forms was straightforward, integrations fit well into my existing workflow, and features like APIs, webhooks, and custom domains made implementation simple. I also appreciate not having to think about response limits, especially when deploying forms for client projects where usage can be unpredictable.

#### Cons

I'd like to see the developer ecosystem continue to grow with more native integrations and expanded API capabilities. The current feature set already covers most of my workflows, but there's definitely room to support more advanced use cases over time.

#### Reasons for choosing Kiwiform

I considered Youform, but Kiwiform stood out because it offered more native integrations along with features like custom domains, custom favicons, and flexible branding options. Those capabilities make it much easier to build fully branded experiences across different client projects while keeping my workflow simple.

#### Reasons for switching to Kiwiform

I wanted a solution that was easier to integrate into client websites without maintaining custom implementations. Kiwiform gave me the flexibility I needed while keeping deployment simple and predictable.
