Reliable B2B solution for demanding requirements

Our overall experience has been constructive and mostly positive. CosmoShop Shopsoftware helped us digitalize relevant parts of our B2B sales process and gave us more structure in online ordering. There were some learning curves and coordination efforts, but the platform proved stable and capable for our needs.

Pros:

The biggest strength of CosmoShop Shopsoftware for us is its focus on real B2B requirements instead of purely consumer-oriented commerce features. We value the possibilities for ERP connectivity, customer-specific pricing models, permissions, and workflow-oriented ordering processes.

Cons:

The system is not overly simple, and that can be noticeable during onboarding and day-to-day administration. Some parts of the interface could be more streamlined, and internal training was necessary before all departments could use the platform efficiently and consistently.

What we liked most about CosmoShop Shopsoftware is its ability to map more complex B2B requirements than many standard shop systems. Customer-specific pricing, structured user roles, approval workflows, and integration options were especially helpful for our industrial sales processes.

Cons:

What we liked least is that some areas require a deeper setup effort than expected, especially when adapting workflows to very specific internal processes. The backend is powerful, but new users may need time to become familiar with certain functions and configurations.

Besonders positiv fällt die klare Struktur auf: Das Backend ist logisch aufgebaut, intuitiv bedienbar und ermöglicht es, auch komplexere Anforderungen ohne Umwege umzusetzen

Cons:

Die Ersteinrichtung ist teilweise ziemlich anspruchsvoll und erfordert eigenes technisches Know-how, was aber bei einer B2B Anwendung kein wirklicher Nachteil sein sollte
