No incentive was offered I would give Scalahosting a 10/10. There was not a time when tech support was not available. I never had to deal the AI as was the case in my last service. They were at the frontline preparing the hosting service with a copy of the website and email accounts. I thought i needed 5 days of downtime as to not affect our work environment but Scalahosting did in 2 days with a 3rd day for checking everything. Nice work Scalahosting! #### Cons This was a difficult move and a lot of back and forth with tech support in preparing for the move. I would be working through the night with tech support to make sure this move as quick as possible. The syncing of emails was not perfect but manageable from our end. #### Reasons for choosing ScalaHosting Tech support. I did not want to deal with AI. No amount of praise is less - the most important thing about them being they get the true and real meaning of customer service which nigh no other company (except perhaps Amazon) does - they are human! There aren't any AI bots here with those canned responses that are so annoying- it's real human beings that go , always, 10 X above and beyond what they're obligated to do contractually. I've been with them for literally years and have never once, not once, had an issue with them. Their infrastructure is SUPERB, and their great team even more so.
