The review from this client is very positive, but the reviewer made a typo when replying to the "Likelihood to Recommend" question. Despite the positive content, he entered a 3/10 instead of 10/10. The reviewer has confirmed this was a typing error and has already attempted to change it himself. I previously contacted your support about this case, and I was told the team would reach out to the reviewer. The reviewer has since confirmed to us that he already replied to your support to correct it. However, the score still shows 3/10.
