We were drowning in chased-up signatures over email — now everything goes out in a few clicks and we actually see who's opened what. Template library means we stopped reinventing the same contract every Monday. Audit trail and EU hosting kept our DPO happy from day one — no GDPR back-and-forth. French-speaking support that actually answers within hours, not a ticketing void. #### Cons Wish there were more native integrations with HRIS platforms (we route through a Zapier-style tool, works fine but adds a layer). The mobile app does the job but isn't where I'd recommend doing your serious work. Reasons for choosing Certyneo Pricing was transparent (no "call us for enterprise"), the team was European, and the product covered 100% of our HR signing needs without forcing us into a higher tier. #### Reasons for switching to Certyneo Price and ux who was not good on Docusign. Customer service also was too slow #### Vendor response Thank you Prince — "painless" is exactly the word we are aiming for. On native HRIS connectors, you are right, and the honest answer today is the one you found: an automation layer works, and our public REST API with webhooks covers the custom cases. Tell us which HRIS you run and it goes straight into our prioritisation. On mobile, fair point — the signing experience is built to work in any mobile browser without an app, and that is where we have invested; the admin app is deliberately lighter, so heavy setup is still better done on desktop. Plusieurs points forts qui ont fait la différence : Niveau juridique : signature eIDAS avancée avec audit trail complet et MFA intégrée, ce qui couvre nos besoins de conformité pour des actes engageants sans avoir à investir dans une PKI maison. API claire et bien structurée : workflow draft → send → signed cohérent, modèle "envelope" facile à comprendre, gestion des signataires et destinataires bien séparée, support des champs dynamiques (fields[]) et de l'ordre de signature. Support technique exceptionnel : équipe ultra-réactive, à l'écoute des retours, capable de corriger rapidement des points API remontés en intégration. Vrai partenaire technique, pas un simple fournisseur. Tarification compétitive : licence professionnelle accessible qui rend la signature électronique avancée viable même pour les jeunes éditeurs SaaS, là où la concurrence pratique des tarifs prohibitifs au volume. Audit trail : la récupération des preuves de signature au format standard (signataires, horodatage, IP, MFA) est précieuse pour notre conformité et pour la traçabilité côté utilisateurs finaux. #### Cons Quelques points perfectibles relevés en phase d'intégration, sur lesquels l'équipe a d'ailleurs été à l'écoute : Documentation API qui gagnerait à être enrichie avec plus d'exemples de payloads complets et de cas d'usage. Quelques comportements API qu'il a fallu clarifier en direct avec le support (gestion du redirectUrl, distinction signers vs recipients, templates email expéditeur/destinataire). Personnalisation des templates email envoyés aux signataires qui mériterait d'être étendue côté self-service. Rien de bloquant : tous les points remontés ont été traités ou sont en cours de traitement avec un délai très raisonnable. #### Vendor response Thank you Steven — this is exactly the kind of feedback that moves a roadmap. On the documentation: we heard you. Our public API reference has since grown from 18 to 29 documented endpoints, with dedicated sections on authentication and on response shapes, including the flat-versus-wrapped distinction that tripped up several integrators. The signer/recipient model and the emails sent to signers are the two areas we are still actively working on; per-signer language now follows each recipient through the entire journey, from the API field to the completion email. Having Certyneo run in production as your signature infrastructure for powers of attorney and postal voting is the strongest endorsement we could ask for.
