There is built-in CRM capabilities, SEO tools, customizable templates, property-specific digital guidebooks with QR codes. The AI capabilities are particularly impressive — from helping improve your website content to answering guest questions and creating personalized recommendations. What has impressed me just as much as the technology is the level of support. During onboarding, I ran into an issue with my third-party domain registrar. The Haven team recognized the problem and proactively reached out to help me work through the issue directly on the third-party site.
