Good software with amazing support with room for improvements

My experience has been OK. I understand that for some other departments it could be a plus due to the member interface advantages, but I personally do not find any advantages myself compared to our previous software.

Pros:

Organization piece and the customer support. It feels easy to organize documents and name them, especially the use of the "requested" items. When assistance is needed, our representative Aaron is always there. I do like the different phases/status and the easiness to add/remove people to loan packages. I also like that when I create a shortcut in my internet browser, the shortcut stays regardless of the status of the loan.

Cons:

It takes sometimes too many clicks on s documents to just open it, especially when coming back from another screen. Sometimes it takes too long to load. I also don't like that I need to edit the hyperlinks every time I copy a link since they are too long.

Reasons for switching to mysherpas

It was a management decision. Management did not reach out to the team for feedback on whether we wanted to consider it or not.
