It is used by home service companies with field teams, including those in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, pest control, solar, and electrical services. The software helps businesses with multiple technicians manage appointment scheduling across different geographic areas without requiring dispatcher involvement. The software allows businesses to define service territories by ZIP code, county, city, or radius and assign technicians to specific areas. When customers provide their address during booking, the system matches them with the technician assigned to that location and displays only the available time slots for that technician. It synchronizes in real time with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook to prevent double bookings by blocking times when technicians have existing appointments. Businesses can configure custom job types with varying durations and travel buffers for different service categories.
