It is built for owner-operated venues and small groups — typically one to a handful of sites — rather than for chains with a revenue manager. What it replaces. A commission-charging marketplace listing, or a paper book plus a spreadsheet. Bookings arrive on the restaurant's own page rather than a third party's, so the venue keeps the guest relationship and pays nothing per cover. Reservations. Guests book without an account or an app, in their own language. Staff enter the bookings that arrive by telephone, at the door, or as a repeat of an earlier visit, and walk-ins — each recorded as its own source, so an operator can see which channel actually fills the room. Bookings move through requested, confirmed, seated, completed, no-show and cancelled; unanswered requests can expire automatically after a set number of hours. A waitlist holds guests when a service is full. When a booking cancels, matching waitlist entries within an hour either side of the freed slot are surfaced for one-click promotion. The room. A floor plan of rooms and sections, with a seat count per table, a cover limit per ti... me slot, second seatings, and minimum and maximum party sizes per venue. Bookable slots are generated from opening hours. Menu and public pages. A digital menu with allergen labelling on every dish, rendered as a fast, searchable page rather than a PDF behind a QR code, and translated per market. A link-in-bio page gathers booking, menu, directions, social profiles and review links at one address. A printable QR code for the menu, the booking page or the link hub keeps working when the page behind it changes. Private events. Enquiries for private dining and buy-outs, with seat counts, a price per cover and the venue's own cancellation terms. No payment processing. Multiple venues. One account runs several venues, each with its own public pages, floor plan and book. Subscription is per account and scales with the number of active venues. Pricing and scope. Free to start — the public menu and link-in-bio require no payment. Paid plans add the booking engine at a flat monthly price with no commission on any cover. Eight interface languages, prices in euros, data stored in the European Union. Free printable menu templates are published alongside, and need no account: three styles, each filled in or blank to write on by hand, laid out to print correctly on A4 and US Letter from the same sheet. Allergens are numbered rather than coloured, in the venue's own language, so a kitchen printer that has run out of colour still prints a legible allergen key.
