Support was great too, and the team was able to get on multiple zoom calls to help. Gladly they didn't hate me for booking multiple onboarding and support sessions. Seemed like magic. #### Cons Reports provided on my account are great, you can download sheet and attendee specific reports, but I was hoping to download a customised report that I could directly send to my manager without having to first alter it on microsoft excel. The daily attendance data also helped us better plan food, snacks, and beverage requirements based on participation.
