No incentive was offered At Surface Solutions, switching off our old system wasn't something we took lightly. It meant leaning on Stonify's team a lot in the early days, plenty of calls, plenty of training, plenty of "wait, how do I do this again." What stood out is they always seemed genuinely happy to help, no matter how many times we asked. At one point we mentioned it'd be nice to text customers straight from the platform instead of juggling another app, and before long, we had the Twilio integration set up for us.
