Paper diaries had been a bit of a sore point for a while as they are easy to lose, hard to check up on and always a scramble when an inspection was coming up. Switching to Hubl took that pressure away almost immediately. What surprised us most was how little disruption there was during the switch itself; day-to-day operations carried on as normal while everyone got up to speed. Now that it's embedded, the real value shows up in the small things like being able to spot an issue at a site straight away rather than finding out weeks later, and having one clear record instead of a stack of folders.
