Issue Health is a Jira Cloud application that assigns health grades to issues based on eight delivery metrics. It provides visibility into issues that may require attention, helping teams in software development and project delivery environments identify work items at risk of impacting timelines.

The application evaluates issues using metrics such as lead time, cycle time, flow efficiency, blocked time, returns, reassignments, linked issues, and sprint health. Each issue is automatically graded on a scale from A to D, reducing the need for manual assessments. A time-in-status visualization tracks the time spent in each Jira status, highlighting bottlenecks, rework loops, and waiting periods. Flow efficiency analysis distinguishes between actual work time and wait time. Rovo AI reviews issue history and provides insights within the Jira issue panel, including risk signals, cost-of-delay indicators, and suggested actions.
