From the customer service, assistance with our needs as an agency, to the simplicity of the system. We are able to track sales and have commission statements that actually make sense to the average agent. #### Cons I’ve found nothing I haven’t liked about it. It’s not a generic CRM that we have to force into an insurance workflow. It gives us tools and functionality that make sense for our agents, clients, policies, and day-to-day operations. I also really appreciate how customizable the platform is and how responsive the support team is. Whenever we have a question or run into an issue, the support team is very quick to respond and help us find a solution. It makes operations easier because it allows all departments to communicate effortlessly with eachother, from sales numbers, payroll, customer service operations, lead tracking etc. #### Cons I have no complaints about AgencyView. My favorite thing was that they helped import my client list, which is always the hardest part for an existing agency. They also connected my carriers for commission tracking!
