It was built for one specific situation: your dealers still order by phone, WhatsApp or a spreadsheet emailed to a sales rep, and somebody on your team retypes those orders into the ERP every single day. Who It Is For A typical Ticinet customer sells to somewhere between 20 and 500 active dealer accounts, ships multi-line repeat orders, and trades on credit rather than upfront payment. They already have a working ERP and do not want a second system holding a second version of the truth. The industries we see most often are automotive and motorcycle spare parts, hardware and tools, electrical supplies, agricultural parts, food wholesale and construction materials. It is worth being direct about the opposite case. If all of your dealers see the same price list and pay upfront, a general e-commerce platform will probably serve you well and cost less. Ticinet earns its place when account-specific pricing, credit limits, payment terms and a field sales team are central to how you actually trade. What Makes It DIfferent B2B here is not a module bolted onto... a retail platform; it is the core of the product. Pricing is the clearest example. A dealer's price resolves through a six-layer chain in a single query: the price list assigned to that account, currency conversion at the central bank rate, account and product discount chains applied in sequence, active campaigns, then contract pricing and payment-term adjustments in the cart. Every dealer sees only their own negotiated price, and a contract price always overrides a campaign. Credit is the second example. Credit limits are not maintained inside the portal — they are read from your ERP at the moment the order is placed. A dealer over their limit either trims the order or pays by card and continues. Nobody has to make an awkward phone call, and the portal never disagrees with your accounting. The platform runs roughly 175 user-facing screens, 107 API capability groups and 12 scheduled automation jobs. Every customer runs on a separate database and publishes under their own domain and branding. Integration Thirteen ERP and accounting systems are supported: Logo, Mikro, Netsis, DIA, Harmony, Akinsoft, Nebim, ETA, SAP, Vega, Canias, Workcube and Zirve. Cloud ERPs connect over web services. On-premise systems use an outbound agent installed on your own server, so no inbound ports have to be opened — a question your IT team will rightly ask. Payments cover 40+ bank and provider virtual POS options, and five shipping carriers are integrated.
