As a mortgage decision engine, it asks eight questions and gives the visitor a Readiness Score for overall preparedness and an Approval Likelihood based on debt-to-income ratio, credit, down payment, and cash flow. If the visitor is ready, MDE Pro tells them to apply and sends them straight into the broker's loan application. If they're not ready yet, it tells them what to work on and points them toward a call with the broker instead of just leaving the page. Either way, the broker keeps the visitor instead of losing them. Everything runs in the browser. No borrower data is stored anywhere, so there's nothing to secure and nothing extra for the broker to manage. Installation is one script tag, and the broker's own branding stays on screen the whole time, no third-party page, no redirect. MDE Pro is built for solo brokers and small teams who want their website to do more of the qualifying work before a conversation starts.
