My experience with Logistware has been very good. I used other freight tools before but this one feels more advanced and has better technology. The platform has many useful tools for carriers and is easy to work with after you learn it. The customer service is also one of the best part because they actually answer the phone and take time with you. The tools and technology are much better than other platforms I used before. There is a lot of useful things for carriers and the system is modern. I also really like the customer service. When I call they take time to explain everything and help me understand how to use the platform. Very good team and good service. #### Cons So far I dont have any big problem. There is some things to learn when you first start using it, but when I have question I can call them and they explain it. I am still using the free trial and testing everything. #### Reasons for switching to Logistware Inc Loadlink and DAT was getting too expensive for us and I couldnt keep paying that much. Logistware gives us the tools we need at a much better price.
