Pros:

Customer service and ticketing system is top tier. They are always quick to respond with immediate solutions to any questions or problems we’ve had.

Cons:

The art of chat portal can be a little bit intimidating with the way it looks and all the bells and whistles that exist in it but once you learn it, it is pretty smooth and easy to use.

Overall positive. I think it is a great app for patient communication. It was also less expensive than the system we used prior to switching to Inphonite.

Pros:

Patient communication and customer support. Came in helpful when a weekend snowfall caused us to close our office Monday morning.

Cons:

Unsure how to schedule Blast message time frame. I wanted to send the message immediately and wasn't sure what send option to choose, or even if that option was available. Also need to understand which phone number is called from the two available.

Was introduced to Inphonite at Revascent Users meeting in 2024

The reporting we can access for daily calls.

Cons:

That is is not automatic, we have to upload daily. Other software is integrated and automatically calls patients daily, reporting is also not automatic.

Reasons for choosing Inphonite

I did not choose this product. I would have chosen a product that integrated with our EMR better. I have enjoyed the customer service as it is prompt and outstanding.
