It initially analyzes the normal patterns on a granular level, and reports any deviation from these previously captured patterns. It could potentially provide a way for mission critical and business critical systems to closely monitor their systems in an abstracted, proactive manner, and immediately reports any deviations, for operators to look into. This gives an edge for operators, when it comes to investigating issues early on, and having enough time to pin-point and fix these issues before getting compounded and having a major impact on the business. The people I had contact with, are very willing to help you out with questions. Just a few clicks and some minor configuration and the SQL, Windows and BizTalk Agents are installed. Completely the opposite of BIzTalk360, which requires a lot of configuration. After the installation the agents automatically start collecting data.
