It is an accounting program with payroll and trucking integrated all into one. You can add pc miler and track miles and fuel and the software will do all your reports for Ifta instantly. Time saver, that's for sure. If you are in the trucking business, Axon is by far the program for you. The support is also great. Super friendly techs that respond quickly to your needs, and if you are new to Axon, they have training! Honestly, why would you even consider another program? The best feature I would say is how user friendly it is. I have used many accounting programs but they don't even begin to compare to Axon. Is it better than doing things in Quickbooks and by hand, sure, but this piece of software is so legacy-based and siloed, and the development team has no interest in being friendly with other systems. This helped ensure timely deliveries. We could even see how fast the truck was driving and taking turns. This helped us teach how best to drive to increase lifetime of the truck and tires.
