"Sales tracking is accurate and available in real time, which helps in better decision-making. Whenever issues arise, customer support is responsive and knowledgeable. While there are occasional bugs and issues, they are resolved quickly through updates, making the system dependable overall."

"Also, we can access live reporting from anywhere using the Cockpit app and all sales data is secured on cloud server that we access from anytime and anywhere."

"Cloud-based systems require consistent internet connectivity. If the connection drops or fails, you may lose the ability to generate reports instantly, which can be frustrating when you need information right away."

"report section can be in printable format which is currently not available in the software all reports are coming online which is sometime creating inconvenience to us."

"One of thing that posist were showing reports on it's dashboard for a month, but from some times, it asked to generate on email, which is not a good customer experience, we expect to save time when using software and it take times to generate a mail, sometimes it don't even generate the data"
