Teams import a client's BOQ from Excel or CSV and turn it into a structured estimate, organised by areas, levels and sub codes, with cost rates, selling rates and target margins. The final estimate can be locked for tender, with revisions kept under control. The same estimate drives procurement: send requests for quotation to suppliers, compare their prices side by side and raise numbered purchase orders, with delivery notes, invoices and certificates attached to each order. Staff and site operatives book their hours against estimate items, and managers approve weekly timesheets. Each estimate line can carry an embodied-carbon factor from the UK ICE database or your own EPD factors, so carbon is measured on the same quantities as cost. Project reports show estimate against actual cost by area and export to PDF, Word and Excel. Role-based permissions, project-level access and daily backups are included.
