Pros:

This is the must have platform if you work with animals. You have different packages to choose from and you have payroll options etc available for you 24/7 you dont have to worry about appointments since you will automatically receive reminders for you upcoming events

Cons:

No cons about this platform, it's easy to use. Easy to set payroll and no more long nights typing numbers down this does it al for you

I have used Daysmart for several years and very rarely had any issues. Helps Keep my one-on-one grooming salon organized and efficient.

Cons:

No major complaints. Any time there has been an issue it has been addressed right away. Recommend this software to anyone in the grooming industry.

Easy to use. Integrated POS system. If there is ever a issue it is resolved immediately. Friendly professional team.

Cons:

The calandar always loads to day view. I like week view. I am sure there is a way to default to week but i havent dug around. And i cant set up 2 numbers for same client to bith get reminder messages.

Cost, functions, ease of use... we had it when i was corporate

After 10 years as a client the first 8 years were great, the last couple of years have resulted continuous glitches and often having the software not working which is blamed on your cell service.

When properly working the software is geared for mobile grooming.

Cons:

Too many clicks to perform a simple task. Recent changes have made the software extremely unreliable and customer service (no live phone poodle anymore only email or chat that is returned their convenience) simply says “we are working on it”.

DaySmart Pet is a great system. It makes it easy to manage clients and pets. They are constantly updating and improving the system. Tech support responded quickly and resolved the issue. Great value for the price. Each employee gets their own login with a password, so every employee's personal information is secured, and you are able to track things like which employee created a note, made/edited an appointment, or who did the drawer count.

Pros:

The platform is incredibly easy to use, and the support team is consistently responsive, helpful, and reliable whenever assistance is needed.

Cons:

One drawback is the lack of a text-to-pay or text invoice feature, which would make it much more convenient for clients to receive bills and complete payments quickly from their phones—especially those on a mobile schedule who aren’t home during appointments or those who have someone else handle pickup.

I did not like the way that system was set up and it was leaned more towards boarding.

In general, it is considered a good software for dog grooming, but its simplicity makes it inefficient for businesses that require extensive control over clients, sales reports, and management of expenses and inventory. Also, having to work directly from the web is a bit cumbersome, and from my experience, it is preferable to work with a desktop application. ...

Pros:

very simple and easy to use software. Among the most significant advantages are reminder messages, although these cause confusion for customers since messages are sent to the same numbers and they get annoyed because they do not receive a response, so it would be very helpful if they fix that.

Cons:

it does not have the option to add client forms in PDF to archive them for each client and this is something very important since we must have a record of client consents and these must remain in the record of each client. The payment gateway only works with certain point of sale systems, which limits its use.

Reasons for choosing DaySmart Pet

I still think about switching to a desktop application or software that allows me to manage my business better unless they make new updates in Daysmart.

Cons:

Cloud usage. I can access my account from anywhere, anytime. Customer service is awesome! So happy I’ve invested!

Not recommended for desktop, but the cloud-based is wonderful.

Your customer service is exceptional. I've spoken with four people today in various departments and everybody was exceptional. I was laughing on each call, and we got everything that was necessary done.

Pros:

The staff are amazing. Software is wonderful. Integration to POS is key. Mainly, it's been my staff interactions that make me enjoy the product. I've been using the desktop, and it's awful, but all of the issues I have with that should be corrected once we migrate to the cloud.

Cons:

The desktop version is archaic. I know this is by design to push people into the web-based version, which is my intent.
