Each employee gets their own login with a password, so every employee's personal information is secured, and you are able to track things like which employee created a note, made/edited an appointment, or who did the drawer count. Also, having to work directly from the web is a bit cumbersome, and from my experience, it is preferable to work with a desktop application. ... Cons: it does not have the option to add client forms in PDF to archive them for each client and this is something very important since we must have a record of client consents and these must remain in the record of each client. The payment gateway only works with certain point of sale systems, which limits its use.
