The experience has been great customer support is fantastic and reacts promptly. Fellow has really helped take my 1-1's to another level.

Very intuitive, and smooth. This is really great because you want a tool that you use daily to work this way.

I use the tool for every meeting I have and it hasn't failed me in 2+ years. I use the tool daily and I am impressed with the overall improvements the team makes to the UX and the options.

I can find my notes by events and dates so if in case if I forget to take something down in the CRM, I can check Fellow notes.

I was confused when I started using the trial. As I chose to use it for 1:1, I didn't have access to use it for team meetings.

The ability to reference back to what we talked about at our last meeting is great for a review. There is always a lot going on with life and the ability to organize it is so powerful.

I really like how easy it is to manage my day to day tasks. It's also the perfect tool for one on one meetings with my Director.

I like that all of our meeting information is housed in one location and fairly easy to find and access. I like the different templates that they have to choose from, makes for a quick-start.

It also helps with continuity in meetings especially if you have recurring meetings - you don't have to constantly look back and recall past agenda as you can read it in the same thread.

The ability to customize the streams (templates) is also a huge advantage as not all meetings have the same structure.

Software helps me keep up with employees and not lose track of important table items. Easy to use and very effective at making sure we tackle everything on our agenda.

The Google Calendar integration is amazing ask well.

Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.

While you can utilize board histories to access lost cards, I found that too often some of our cards were inadvertently deleted by users.

Everyone in the company can see what is going on and what they need to do, and no information is lost.

Fantastic on mobile which is a brilliant plus especially when on-the-go. Reasonably priced if you want to upgrade to the paid version.

The seamless integration of features. It's so easy to switch between boards, clearly see all projects, and the timeline of all upcoming deadlines thanks to the wonderful (and rare) calendar feature.

The cost to benefit of Trello is competitive, The way it helps boost efficiency and helps streamline communication is fantastic.

For a free option, it's fantastic and I highly recommend it for project management on a budget.

I want full functionally for free. I realize how ridiculous that is, but if pressed for a complaint, that's the worst I can come up with.

Second beatifull feature is butler that help to create quick button like complete etc. This is an awesome and very effective for team meeting update as anyone from them and update.

Availability of templates shared by community. The tool is so popular that you can get easily get the template if you don't want to start from the scratch.

I wish more of the aesthetic features were not restricted to those who pay a subscription. But that is a very minor complaint.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
