Dokumentation), wobei zu jedem Produkt ein Protokoll (digitale Produktakte) erstellt und die Rückverfolgbarkeit sichergestellt wird. Gleichzeitig ist die Zusammenarbeit sehr angenehmen, weil man mit echten Experten spricht, die einem auf Augenhöhe begegnen. Zudem ist das Produkt wirklich sehr fair bespreist und hält technisch was es verspricht.
