Super easy to use, included in our Office Suite package and the amount of clean templates available online and through them directly are awesome.

The best thing I liked about this software is the perfect integration between different devices.

I hate how difficult it is to import your own music. If the music is not on my computer it is very hard to import it.

I am especially excited about some of the new features that have been added recently. This software is a great chance to present information in exactly the way that you see it in your head.

Power point is an awesome product, once you learn to use it. You can do amazing presentations with it.

The worst thing about powerpoint is watching a powerpoint... powerpoint is were presentations go to die. Its it mind numbingly boring and dry.

I like the features that allowed me to put together stunning presentations for various conferences. It's also a great tool to create video sales letters using different graphics, etc.

I am a PowerPoint user since 2010. I surely recommend it to everyone that has a presentation and wants the best way to do it , I mostly recommend it for teachers and students.

Expensive alone or in the Office bundle. Newer versions seem to be a bit “Buggy” with a few freezes but no loss of work yet.

I love that the product is easy to use, has good customer support, great value and that it has lots of features and ways it can be used.

My experience with PowerPoint has been excellent in all my presentations, so i definitely recommend using the standards templates and the already created themes to make a visually appealing work.

Can be somewhat laggy at times. I have also had the application crash on me or freeze a few times which can be frustrating.

I also like the fact that because it's so popular that we can download online a lot of good themes to make our presentation more vivid.

It is wonderful for presentations, especially when we have company/team meetings. It is just very straightforward and super efficient.

It is easy, reliable and positive. It's a good source for us to show information while utilizing data from Excel.

I do not to have any cons for Microsoft PowerPoint. The lone inconvenience for me is the danger of specialized challenges.

Overall i will recommend this product because for professional  weekly use, the price is sacrificed and it might be the best presentation creating platform available.

Scratchpad itself is an awesome piece of software and I can't imagine using SF without it.

Scratchpad are a great company, making an awesome product. They are really customer focused and the tool will continue to get better and offer additional value for sales people.

Sometimes the notepad is slow to load or there's a delay in notes being typed in.

Best tool on the market to update SFDC in a complete, accurate and fast way. Excellent user interface and great support interactions if needed (which is very rare).

Love the easy set up and quick ability to adjust account notes and forecasting.

I love that I can have a single source of truth for all my notes while still being able to have it all loaded into SFDC as well.

The only thing I miss is O365 calendar integration.

I really enjoy the tool because it honestly feels like a Salesperson built it, its incredibly easy to use and intuitive for anyone who signs up.

Scratchpad Make The Worst Part of Sales Better.

Integrates with Salesforce very efficiently. Very easy to use and recommend it to everyone.

The overall ease of use for scratchpad is amazing.

It took a short while to get used to the pipeline view because some fields weren't synced. That can be avoided if you have a Sales Ops team that does the setup for you.

How easy it is to use and keep your Salesforce data updated. Customer service is on point.

I like using Scratchpad as it is a great way to take notes on the fly, whilst on a customer call.

Excellent customer support. It's a really intuitive product to use.

Best part too is it syncs seamlessly with Salesforce so I just plug in the notes in the Scratchpad sidebar, hit sync and BOOM! they're all uploaded and entered in there.

Have had an amazing experience because it's so easy to plan out deals and make proper updates for forecasting.

Everything about the product from linking it to your SF account, to functionality out of the box is super impressive. It's just very intuitive and for me, saves a ton of time.

On top of that, whenever I've reached out to the customer service team they've been super response and helpful, plus friendly as well. Even as a free user, the response was just outstanding.

It might take a little bit to get set up at first and customize everything to fit your specific needs but then it's set it and forget it.

Their integration with Salesforce is very useful when it comes to pushing qualification notes directly into CRM - this is a big time saver.

I wish they all started when first joining the company. The only bad thing is we didn't have it sooner.
