"I was able to pick it up very quickly without a huge learning curve, and it immediately helped streamline repetitive tasks, maintain consistency in communication, and save a significant amount of time throughout the workday. As I moved into other companies throughout my career, I actually became someone who regularly recommended and showcased TextExpander because of how useful and efficient it was."

"A lot of teams and companies ended up adopting it after seeing how simple, organized, and streamlined it made day-to-day workflows. But beyond the software itself, what really stood out to me was the level of empathy and genuine human customer service behind the company."

"Yes, while some specific softwares have shortcuts, snippets, macro, or templates built into the their tool already for example: Confluence, Kustomer, or Zendesk, the great thing about TextExpander is the ability to use it for text box in any application."

"When I typed some information using the short cut, it automatically gives the long sentence, which I am not supposed to write or use because I am writing an e-mail, comments or doing another job."

"I also wish there was a better sorting feature. If I want to move 20 shortcuts to a new folder, it's a very manual process."
