Pros/Cons
Pros
- 5 PM has pretty robust filters and a sorting feature. Bonus perks are great pricing, easy to switch languages and an awesome app that makes on the go updates seamless.
- I like the software because it helps my team to easily track our work progress, which can potentially help us to decide time and budget in the future.
- I like how it is organized and the features it offers with reporting and time tracking. It's great for collaborating with a team.
Cons
- Sometimes hard to use the search or i accidentally have all users view selected.
- The inability to have 2 different tasks open in 2 different windows.
- It can be difficult to track conversation threads in 5PM and to find information previously noted in the text thread.
Pros
- It's clean and customisable and it integrates very well with other tools. Platform is open-source and supported by a great community.
- It was very easy to use and can be accessed anywhere in the world. Its price point is very competitive and customer service (at least for the free trial) was good.
- This software gives best solutions for communication problems and provides good opportunity for easier and effective cooperation among the co-workers.
Cons
- Too many update notifications can be annoying.
- The amount of things on the page that demand the attention made me open a few tabs just to catch up with everything. Also, I found it hard to understand and how to actually get started.
- A little difficult to understand the link between some elements of the pages and some features are not fully functioning.
