Pros/Cons
Pros
- 5 PM has pretty robust filters and a sorting feature. Bonus perks are great pricing, easy to switch languages and an awesome app that makes on the go updates seamless.
- I like the software because it helps my team to easily track our work progress, which can potentially help us to decide time and budget in the future.
- I like how it is organized and the features it offers with reporting and time tracking. It's great for collaborating with a team.
Cons
- Sometimes hard to use the search or i accidentally have all users view selected.
- The inability to have 2 different tasks open in 2 different windows.
- It can be difficult to track conversation threads in 5PM and to find information previously noted in the text thread.
Pros
- For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.
- Creation of boards is easy and helps us to be more organized in all projects and task. Trello enables us to see who is responsible for a particular task and it's reporting is excellent.
- I love that there is so much free with Trello, I also like the flexibility to set trello up however you want to, it is very easy to use.
Cons
- Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.
- I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.
- Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
