  • Pros

  • I appreciate the opportunity to share and receive updates from others on our strategic plan tactics. The deadlines and progress towards goals are very clear.
  • Overall we are happy and especially our Achieveit Customer Support the reps is simply superb.
  • Enterprise-wide rollout of our OKRs was successful, full-featured, and well supported. Excellent product, even better company behind it.
  • Cons

  • The reporting built into the system is limited so sometimes we have work around those limitations to get the view of the data that we prefer.
  • It is annoying to still get reminders about a late update when you have posted that it cannot be completed by the original deadline. There should be some kind of "on hold" option.
  • The navigation and the rigidity with the Plan naming and structure.

  • It supports various project management methods, integrates seamlessly with popular tools, and offers impressive automation features that I had never seen before. I find it an excellent software.
  • We are able to increase our work agility during our software implementation projects while using this excellent software. Great integrations with other systems.
  • With Smartsheet, we are able to automate our projects effectively. I am impressed by the reliability of Smartsheet.
  • Cons

  • The issue is not the software but the person setting it up. It is frustrating to contribute to the poorly designed Smartsheet because of the lead's limited knowledge.
  • Someone it is hard to give access to others - but that is user error on our end with the credentials.
  • There is a lot to Smarsheets which can be intimidating to new users, and it's not the easiest to pick up with so many options for customization.
