This software has improved with time and is now more user friendly. Reporting feature has been added that helps a lot.

Inbuilt Aconex email function which can also be linked in to outlook is an added advantage. One other thing I like most is that the user can preview and verify a document before downloading it.

In recent times there has been several outages or slow running - frustrating when you need the system every day.

I have not use this tool for too long but so far it appears to be working fine. Know that in order for this tool to work, you most get all the stakeholders to participate by installing the client.

My biggest frustration comes from the rare occasion when the system crashes. This can be very disruptive especially if I am in the middle of completing a site inspection reply.
